Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering as a sales agent on BizPilot ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. BizPilot is operated by AgentNation ("Company"). If you do not agree, do not register or use the Platform.

2. Agent Responsibilities

As a registered sales agent you agree to:

• Represent the Platform's services accurately to prospective customers
• Collect payments only through the Platform's approved payment methods
• Not misrepresent pricing, delivery timelines, or product capabilities
• Maintain confidentiality of customer data accessed through the Platform
• Not engage in fraudulent orders, self-referrals, or commission manipulation

3. Commission & Payments

Commissions are credited to your earnings balance upon verified payment collection. Commission rates are set by the Company and may be updated with 7 days' notice. Withdrawals are subject to minimum balance requirements, processing fees, and verification of the underlying orders. The Company reserves the right to withhold or reverse commissions in cases of fraud, order cancellation, or policy violation.

4. Website Generation

Websites generated through the Platform are delivered on a best-effort basis. The Company does not guarantee specific design outcomes, search engine rankings, or business results from the generated websites. Agents must not promise outcomes beyond what is described in the Platform's official product documentation.

5. Intellectual Property

All technology, branding, and platform infrastructure remain the exclusive property of the Company. Customer website content is owned by the respective customer. Agents do not acquire any IP rights by using the Platform.

6. Account Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate an agent account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, extended inactivity, or at the Company's discretion. Pending commissions for verified, non-disputed orders will be honoured within 30 days of termination.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Company's liability to any agent shall not exceed the total commissions earned by that agent in the 30 days preceding the claim. The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
