• Customer data: Business name, contact details, and other information you enter when adding customers

• To operate and maintain your agent account
• To calculate, track, and disburse commissions
• To generate websites for your customers using AI
• To communicate with you about your account, orders, and platform updates
• To detect and prevent fraud or policy violations
• To display leaderboards and performance metrics to agents

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Payment processors (Razorpay) to process payments and subscriptions
• Cloud providers (Microsoft Azure, Vercel) to host the platform and generated websites
• AI services (Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini) to generate website content and images
• Law enforcement if required by applicable law

4. Customer Data

When you add customer information to the Platform, you represent that you have obtained the customer's consent to share their data with us. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable data protection laws when collecting customer information in the field.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Financial records are retained for 7 years as required by Indian accounting regulations. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us — financial records required by law will be retained even after account deletion.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), hashed passwords, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure — please use a strong, unique password and do not share your account credentials.

7. Your Rights
